2009 Carmelo Rosato This Rosé has a beautiful light salmon color. The nose is citrus with peach, green apple and pomegranate character. The taste stays true to the bouquet and also gives you a touch of almond. The finish is crisp, dry and lingering. What a great wine to enjoy with lunch or in the late afternoon with your friends on the patio. Some olives, cheese and crackers, VOILA! WHAT A LIFE! 278 cases produced.

2008 Petites Vignes Sauvignon Blanc This is our first vintage of Petites Vignes Sauvignon Blanc and we are very excited. This wine is light and has a citrus, pineapple and apple nose. This wine offers a light and nutty finish. 280 cases produced.

2008 Georis Chardonnay This chardonnay is elegant with a nose of Asian pear, honey and a touch of hibiscus. The body reflects light toast, pastry créme and caramel. The finish is dry and has hints of citrus with lingering almond extract. This wine is a perfect match with chicken, fish and vegetarian dishes. 250 cases produced.

2008 Cowgirl White This wine is a blend of chardonnay from selected vineyards. First there is scent of nuttiness then dominated by whiff of diluted apricot and peach. The finish is dry and complex with a tartness mitigated by the sweetness of composition. Only 125 cases produced.

2008 Sauvignon Blanc This is a fruit forward Sauvignon Blanc, with almond and vanilla bouquet. Lingering creamy texture with pineapple / ripe fruit and yet with a good acidity. 350 cases produced.

2008 Chenin Blanc Wow, this is the first time I have had a white wine that has a raspberry perfume character. A slight smokiness entry with a rich middle including a touch of ginger. Great smooth texture with a clean lingering finish. 145 cases produced.

2008 Vélo This friendly wine has a nose of tropical fruit and caramel. The body is rich with a touch of green apple and pear and the finish embraces elements of almond and honey. What a great value! 170 cases produced.

2007 Petites Vignes Merlot Dark in color, this wine offers a raspberry/marzipan nose with a touch of ginger bread and cassis middle. French chateau barrels have given this Merlot a touch of smokiness. The finish is dry and projects chalky terroir characteristics. 250 cases produced.

2007 Cabernet Franc Dark in color, this Cabernet Franc offers a vanilla, peach and generous cherry nose, followed by a concentrated blueberry/currant body. The finish is lingering and brings forward the elegance of French chateau barrels. This wine is very French in style and typical of the St. Emilion appellation. 250 cases produced.

2006 Cowgirl Red This Cabernet Sauvignon is dark in color and fruit forward with a nose of ripe fruit, plum and cherry. The body is concentrated and yet balanced with medium tannins. A touch of gingerbread and spice adds complexity to this wine. The finish is dry and wanting you to have another sip… Yum!! This is our best Cowgirl Red ever! 150 cases produced.

2006 Hacienda Dark ruby in color, this wine has a concentrated blueberry and dried fruit nose. Full bodied with an earthy terroir character. This wine also offers a lingering cherry and pomegranate finish with a touch of vanilla and cedar. Aged in 100% French chateau barrels for 18 months. 250 cases produced.

2005 Georis Estate Merlot This wine is dark ruby in color with a clean, earthy, terroir nose accompanied by a touch of violet, raspberry, and cherry. To the taste, this Merlot offers a velvety texture with nuances of spice, gingerbread, and chocolate cherries. The finish is lingering with great balance of fruit and tannins. This wine promises longevity up to 20 years if stored in a temperature controlled environment. Aged 18 months in French Chateau barrels. 750 cases produced.

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Dark ruby in color with a ripe plum, vanilla and fig bouquet. The middle has a touch of hazel nut, ripe cherry/raspberry. The finish reflects the vineyard terroir with good, medium tannins. This wine has been aged for 18th months in French oak chateau barrels. 125 cases produced.

2006 Georis Estate "La Chapelle" This wine has superb concentration with a velvety texture and ripe fresh flavors of mineral, fig, and crème brulée. This 2006 vintage reveals great tannins along with a beautiful deep ruby/purple color and classic notes of truffle, orange flower and cedar. This seamless classic wine builds in the mouth with a finish that lasts and lasts. Still young and dense and yet extraordinarily pure with a hint of coffee in the finish. The 2006 “La Chapelle” is wine-making at it’s best and certainly one of the great Georis Estate wines released to date. 350 cases produced.

2005 Clos des Moutons Deep Garnet in color, this vintage of “Clos des Moutons” has a nose of bittersweet chocolate, a touch of vanilla, with cedar and ripe cherries. The middle offers elements of licorice, olive and cassis. The finish? Wow!!! Elegant, lingering nuances of the promised land. Aged for 18 months in French chateaux barrels. Not much of this to go around. 145 cases produced.
