2008 Les Abeilles Rosé It’s not often that you can find a rosé of this complexity. This very small production of only 70 cases of “Les Abeilles” is unique. This rosé opens with a nose of fresh wild strawberry, grapefruit and a touch of peach. This wine is dry and at the same time lush with a very slight hint of honey and dried apricot on the finish. 70 cases produced.

2007 Sauvignon Blanc White flowers, ripe apricot, mango, tropical fruit forward bouquet with a generous butterscotch, vanilla and cantaloupe middle. This Sauvignon Blanc lingers on and on with a very subtle chalky terroir finish.600 cases produced.

2007 Chenin Blanc This wine has a floral, peach bouquet with a walnut, citrus middle. This Chenin Blanc has a good middle body and a refreshing crisp and dry finish. 150 cases produced.

2007 Cowgirl White This wine has an entry of butterscotch with a refreshing well-balanced citrus/tangerine zest and a hint of almond with a medium light dry finish. It is 100% barrel fermented and is a perfect representation of a light and elegant Monterey Chardonnay.

2008 Georis Chardonnay This chardonnay is elegant with a nose of Asian pear, honey and a touch of hibiscus. The body reflects light toast, pastry créme and caramel. The finish is dry and has hints of citrus with lingering almond extract. This wine is a perfect match with chicken, fish and vegetarian dishes. 250 cases produced.

2008 Carmelo Rosato This Rosé has a beautiful light salmon color. The nose is citrus with peach, green apple and pomegranate character. The taste stays true to the bouquet and also gives you a touch of almond. The finish is crisp, dry and lingering. What a great wine to enjoy with lunch or in the late afternoon with your friends on the patio. Some olives, cheese and crackers, VOILA!!! WHAT A LIFE!!!!!!! 191 cases produced.

2007 Vélo This barrel selection of a Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay blend has a vanilla and citrus nose. The crisp, refreshing middle has nuances of almonds and apricot. With its smooth finish, this wine pairs well with seafood, poultry, and Asian cuisine. This offer is only good by the case. 130 cases produced.

2007 Petites Vignes Merlot Dark in color, this wine offers a raspberry/marzipan nose with a touch of ginger bread and cassis middle. French chateau barrels have given this Merlot a touch of smokiness. The finish is dry and projects chalky terroir characteristics. 250 cases produced.

2007 Cabernet Franc Dark in color, this Cabernet Franc offers a vanilla, peach and generous cherry nose, followed by a concentrated blueberry/currant body. The finish is lingering and brings forward the elegance of French chateau barrels. This wine is very French in style and typical of the St. Emilion appellation. 250 cases produced.

2006 Cowgirl Red This Cabernet Sauvignon is dark in color and fruit forward with a nose of ripe fruit, plum and cherry. The body is concentrated and yet balanced with medium tannins. A touch of gingerbread and spice adds complexity to this wine. The finish is dry and wanting you to have another sip… Yum!! This is our best Cowgirl Red ever! 150 cases produced.

2006 Hacienda Dark ruby in color, this wine has a concentrated blueberry and dried fruit nose. Full bodied with an earthy terroir character. This wine also offers a lingering cherry and pomegranate finish with a touch of vanilla and cedar. Aged in 100% French chateau barrels for 18 months. 250 cases produced.

 | 2003 Georis Estate Merlot This wine opens with a ripe plum, black cherry, blackberry and vanilla nose. The taste is of ripe fruit, thick and full bodied with a lingering terroir finish. This Merlot is still very young with good tannins and a touch of acidity, this wine promises an aging potential of 10 to 15 years. 900 cases produced.

 2004 Georis Estate MerlotThe 2004 Georis Estate Merlot has a black licorice / rose petal nose followed by generous ripe blackberry and raspberry fruit. You will also find a touch of leather and mint. This well-balanced wine offers a dry finish with lingering flavors and great aging potential. This wine opened up with great complexities after being open for 30 minutes. 690 cases produced.

2005 Georis Estate Merlot This wine is dark ruby in color with a clean, earthy, terroir nose accompanied by a touch of violet, raspberry, and cherry. To the taste, this Merlot offers a velvety texture with nuances of spice, gingerbread, and chocolate cherries. The finish is lingering with great balance of fruit and tannins. This wine promises longevity up to 20 years if stored in a temperature controlled environment. Aged 18 months in French Chateau barrels. 750 cases produced.

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Dark and bright ruby color with a concentrated fruit forward nose of ripe plum, cherry, vanilla, with nuances of black licorice and fresh tobacco. This wine is smooth, well balanced and has a long elegant lingering finish. Approachable now and yet promises 15 to 20 years of aging in a temperature-controlled environment. 189 cases produced.

2005 Clos des Moutons Deep Garnet in color, this vintage of “Clos des Moutons” has a nose of bittersweet chocolate, a touch of vanilla, with cedar and ripe cherries. The middle offers elements of licorice, olive and cassis. The finish? Wow!!! Elegant, lingering nuances of the promised land. Aged for 18 months in French chateaux barrels. Not much of this to go around. 145 cases produced.
