2006 Cowgirl White This wine has a bouquet of caramel, honey-roasted almonds with a touch of pineapple. The finish is long with tropical fruit, a touch of caramel and grapefruit. 120 cases produced.

2006 Georis Chardonnay Pale, yellow-green; with a light, elegant, buttery entry with a touch of new French oak. This chardonnay is made in a white Burgundy, Chablis style, with good acid, grapefruit, lime and apricot. This wine lingers through out your mouth with a smooth well-balanced toasted finish. We should have produced much more of this wine. Salut! Only 228 case production.

2006 Sauvignon Blanc Great mango, tropical fruit forward bouquet with a generous butterscotch, vanilla, cantaloupe, middle. This Sauvignon Blanc lingers on and on with a very subtle chalky terroir finish. 500 cases produced.

2006 Chenin Blanc This wine has a floral, peach bouquet with a walnut, citrus middle. This Chenin Blanc has a good middle body and a refreshing crisp and dry finish. 170 Case production.

2005 Rouge de Bistro When looking at the color of this wine, you will find a deep garnet wine with a nose of ripe cherry with great fruit. This wine is a bit Bordeaux like, earthy, easy drinking with a lingering fruity and dry finish. Great wine for everyday drinking. 250 case production.

2005 Carmel Valley Hacienda Wine This wine is an equal blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The nose is that of cassis and vanilla. This blend presents a jammy entry, with an earthy, fig, cedar, tobacco. The wine finishes dry with a good lingering fruit. 238 case production.

2005 Cowgirl Red A Blend of 20% Merlot and 80% Cabernet Sauvignon harvested from different Georis Estate vineyards make up this blend. This wine has a red berry/dark cherry nose, I also pick up a little terroir dust. This vintage of Cowgirl Red is mouth filling with chocolate/cherry with a touch of licorice. The finish is dry and lingers. 295 case production.

2004 “Le Sanglier” Georis Estate Merlot Dark ruby in color, this wine has a ripe cherry perfume like nose. To the pallet, it has great texture and a touch of chalkiness with ripe fig/prune and strawberry fruit. This wine is medium in body with a lingering finish and a touch of spice. 227 cases produced.

 2004 Georis Estate MerlotThe 2004 Georis Estate Merlot has a black licorice / rose petal nose followed by generous ripe blackberry and raspberry fruit. You will also find a touch of leather and mint. This well-balanced wine offers a dry finish with lingering flavors and great aging potential. This wine opened up with great complexities after being open for 30 minutes. 690 cases produced.

2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Dark and bright ruby color with a concentrated fruit forward nose of ripe plum, cherry, vanilla, with nuances of black licorice and fresh tobacco. This wine is smooth, well balanced and has a long elegant lingering finish. Approachable now and yet promises 15 to 20 years of aging in a temperature-controlled environment. 189 cases produced.

2004 Clos des Moutons The Clos des Moutons vineyard is planted to 100% Chateau Petrus merlot clone. You will find the 2004 vintage to have a dark ruby color with a thick blackberry fruit, zest of orange and a touch of walnut bouquet. The middle has a smooth earthy texture with a finish that projects new French chateau barrels with a light nuance of clove. This wine is still very young with the potential of aging at least 20 years. Only 200 cases produced.

2004 Georis "Vincent" The Georis Vincent is made from a blend of Estate fruit, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon and 72% Merlot. You will note the deep garnet color with a dried fig and cherry nose. This wine is smooth and concentrated with an earthy lingering finish. Aged 18 months in French Chateau barrels. Total production 200 cases.

| 2003 Georis "Estate" Merlot This wine opens with a ripe plum, black cherry, blackberry and vanilla nose. The taste is of ripe fruit, thick and full bodied with a lingering terroir finish. This Merlot is still very young with good tannins and a touch of acidity, this wine promises an aging potential of 10 to 15 years. 900 case production

| 2002 Georis "Estate" Merlot This wine is lightly musty with a wild berry, dark chocolate and cherry nose. Smooth texture with a lingering cedar/cherry finish. Tannins are subtle and well integrated giving this wine an aging potential of 12 years with proper storage. 1200 cases total production
